Former Lincoln City midfielder Aaron Brown could be set
to return to football.
Brown left The Imps last month via mutual consent, after
being transfer listed by Chris Sutton. However, Brown has
yet to find himself a new club but this could be about to
change as Wrexham are giving him a trial in the reserve
match against Blackpool tonight.
Wrexham manager Dean Saunders said yesterday: Aaron
is a free agent. Theres a chance he could be
involved in the game tomorrow if his international
clearance comes through in time.
Brown often came in for criticism from a minority of
Imps' fans but in fairness to him, he was usually played
out of position at left-back. When he switched to
left-midfield he had a more positive impact on games.
