Imps Ready For Yeo Decision

Lincoln City FC's new management duo of John Deehan and John Schofield are preparing to find out whether their job will be to replace striker Simon Yeo.

Yeo was one of four out of contract players offered new terms at the end of last season. So far, only Gary Birch has agreed new terms, with Gareth McAuley and Marvin Robinson electing to move to Leicester City and Macclesfield Town respectively.

Technically, Yeo's contract offer expired on June 20th, which was the standard Football League date for all contract offers to expire. However, Lincoln City have kept the offer open, although it is thought that they have not changed the original offer.

Yeo, according to Schofield, will make a final decision about this offer sometime next week.
