Returns To Lincoln City

Gary Birch has returned to Lincoln City FC less than 48
hours after being "shown the door" during
contract negotiations.
Birch had been stalling on a new contract for some weeks,
but on Tuesday, Lincoln City forced his hand by
withdrawing his contract offer.
It has now been announced that Birch has decided that he
wishes to sign his one-year contract offer after all, and
The Imps have agreed to allow him. This means that
Birch's contract saga will hopefully have drawn to a
conclusion - until next year! It also means that The
Forgotten Imp
has to retrieve Gary Birch's profile from our past player
section, which will teach us to be super efficient!
