Earlier this week, it was revealed that former directors
Keith Roe and Ray Trew have formed a consortium to invest
around £1million into The Imps.
However, in order for Lincoln City FC to benefit from
this substantial cash amount, the consortium need the
Lincoln City FC shareholders to accept the proposed
plans.
The consortium have sent their proposed business plan to
shareholders. In addition, the group have made the plan
public for all Lincoln City supporters to read.
