Scunthorpe United have won the 2007/08 season's
Lincolnshire Senior Cup after defeating Lincoln City 5-0
at Scunthorpe.
Lincoln fielded a mix of youth and professional players
but all were powerless to prevent a strong Scunthorpe
United taking the trophy.
Matt Sparrow opened the scoring and further goals from
Grant McCann, a second from Sparrow, Jake Picton and
Jamie Hales gave United victory.
