TFI Gears Up For The New Season

The 2008-09 season might only officially end today but already The Forgotten Imp is gearing up for the new season.

The 2009-10 season's fixtures - where does the time go? It does not seem that long since the Millennium! - are published on Wednesday June 17th 2009. Unfortunately, being an amateur website funded by myself, TFI cannot afford the licence to publish the fixtures. So obviously this will not be your first port of call.

Hopefully, TFI will be your first port of call for some other site features. For instance, I have updated the guide to League Two clubs, which can be found by clicking here. Listed you will find the address of our opposition's stadium plus a link to a map; also, there is a long-range weather guide, which will obviously come in handy as the game approaches.

Should you wish to know the score of a previous encounter between Lincoln City and an opponent, then you can view them here. A slapped wrist though as I have not yet been able to update that section for every team due to a shortage of time but it is scheduled to be completed by the end of June.

If you cannot make it to the match then you can access the latest scores of all English games here, whenever a match happens. It is updated as the goals are scored.

I have also updated the player profiles of Lincoln City's current squad, including rescuing Richard Butcher's profile from TFI's past player profiles section. All past player profiles have also been updated. While this section does not cover every former Lincoln City player, it does have some names from the past as well as profiles of recent players who have moved on to other clubs.
